Built for
the reps.
Volt started because working out alone in a big-box gym wasn't working for anybody.

Kaia was a strength coach who watched people quit gyms not because they were lazy, but because no one coached them, no one noticed them, and no one made it feel like theirs.
So she built Volt around the opposite: small coached classes where the workout is already planned, the room has energy, and the coaches know your name and your goals. You just show up and give it what you've got.
Two years in, Volt is a crew — people who came for one free class and stayed because, for the first time, the gym felt like community.
