Every single person on that floor had a first class. Here's exactly what yours looks like — no surprises, no fitness test, no being singled out.

Step 1

Book it

Pick any class marked beginner-friendly (that's most of them) or just pick a time that works. Booking takes 30 seconds and your first class costs nothing.

Step 2

Arrive 15 early

Your coach meets you at the desk, walks you through the room and the equipment, and asks about injuries or anything you want them to watch. Lockers, water and towels are on us.

Step 3

Do the class

Every movement has a scaled version. Your coach adjusts weights and pace to you, in the moment. Nobody's watching you — they're too busy surviving their own workout.

What to bring

Less than you think.

Trainers, workout clothes, and a water bottle if you're picky about yours. We have filtered water, towels, day lockers, showers, and hair dryers. For Ride we have clip-in shoes in every size at the desk — or wear your own trainers with the cages.

Coming from work? Most people do. Showers mean you can train at 5:30 and make a 7pm dinner without anyone knowing.

The part nobody says out loud

"Am I fit enough for this?"

Yes. The workout meets you where you are — that's the whole point of having a coach in the room. Our members range from ex-athletes to people who hadn't exercised in ten years when they walked in. The only thing everyone has in common is that they showed up.
